I made a mistake with my shipping address. What can I do?

Can I cancel an order?

It is not possible to cancel an order right now. We are working on it and let you know when it is possible.

What is the current status of my order?

Right after you’ve placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Your order will be processed as soon as possible. Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a email.

What is the delivery time?

The delivery time depends on several factors. You will find the delivery time in de order procedure.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are based on the type and quantity of products in your order. You can see the final shipping costs during checkout.

What is your return policy?

You can return your items if they are damaged or mislabeled.

Please send a request for help and our team will look into the order. So please share a detailed description of the problem and add some photos where we can see the issue. We’ll be happy to assist and reship the product for you.

Is it possible to exchange items?

We’re sad to hear that you wish to exchange your order. Our return policy doesn’t cover products ordered in the wrong size. Because of that, we won’t be able to issue you a refund for the order. Thank you for understanding.

How can I return an order if it isn’t damaged of mislabeled?

My payment has failed, what should I do?

A few issues could occur:

Did you get the notification ‘Payment failed’ after you went through the payment procedure? There are a few solutions: delete your cookies and cache data, use a different browser or use a different payment method. If this doesn’t solve the problem, please contact us.

If you have used a credit card that wasn’t linked to your shipping address, the ordered will be cancelled automatically for fraud prevention purposes. Depending on your payment method, you will receive the purchase amount within 1 to 5 days.

If the purchase amount has been deducted from your bank account and the order failed, then please contact us as soon as possible, so we can start processing your order. Please send us a screenshot of the payment and we will send you the product.
