At Curpee*, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Below you’ll find all the information regarding shipping, delivery times, and costs.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note:

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays

  • During limited drops, promotions, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • The Netherlands

  • Europe

  • ABC Islands (Aruba, Bonaire and Curaçao)

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at info@curpee.com.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are calculated from the moment your order is shipped.

Netherlands

  • 1–3 business days

Europe

  • 3–7 business days

ABC Islands

  • 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Customs clearance

  • Carrier delays

  • Local postal services

Curpee* is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • Your delivery address

  • The size and weight of your order

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees may apply

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees imposed by their country

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.


7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Curpee* is not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect address information

If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping costs may apply to resend the order.


8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@curpee.com, including:

  • Your order number

  • Photos (if applicable)

We will review the situation and work with the carrier to find an appropriate solution.

10. Free Shipping Thresholds

Curpee* offers free shipping on qualifying orders.

Free shipping applies to:

  • Orders over €100 within the Netherlands

  • Orders over €150 within Europe

Free shipping are:

  • Automatically applied at checkout

  • Subject to change during promotions or limited drops

  • Not combinable with other shipping-related offers unless stated otherwise

International orders (outside Europe, including Curaçao) may be excluded from free shipping unless explicitly stated.


11. Drop-Specific Shipping Disclaimer

Curpee* operates with limited drops and exclusive releases.

Please note:

  • Orders placed during a drop may experience extended processing times

  • High order volumes during drop launches can result in temporary shipping delays

  • Estimated delivery times provided during drops are indicative, not guaranteed

We appreciate your patience during high-demand releases. Every order is processed carefully to ensure quality control and accuracy.


12. Pre-Order Shipping Rules

Some Curpee* products may be available as pre-order items.

By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Pre-order items have a delayed shipping date, clearly communicated on the product page

  • Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped together once all items are available

  • Pre-order shipping timelines are estimates and may change due to production or logistics factors

If you prefer in-stock items to ship immediately, we recommend placing separate orders.

Pre-order items are charged at the time of purchase to secure your reservation.
