What is a “drop”?

A drop is a limited release of selected items available in limited quantities. Once sold out, items are usually not restocked.

Why do drops sometimes take longer to ship?

During drops, order volumes are high. This may result in slightly longer processing and shipping times.

We always aim to ship orders as quickly as possible while maintaining quality control.

Are drop items restocked?

Most drop items are limited edition and will not be restocked unless explicitly stated.

Pre-Orders

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order allows you to reserve an item before it is officially in stock. Pre-order items have a delayed shipping date, which is clearly mentioned on the product page.

When will my pre-order ship?

Estimated shipping dates are provided on the product page. These are estimates and may change due to production or logistics.

What happens if my order contains both pre-order and in-stock items?

Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will usually be shipped together once all items are available.

If you want in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

Curaçao & Pop-Up Pickup

Do you ship to Curaçao?

Yes, we ship to Curaçao. Delivery times may be longer due to international transit and customs processing.

Is local pickup available in Curaçao?

For selected drops or events, we may offer Curaçao Pop-Up Pickup.

If available, this option will be shown at checkout and clearly communicated on our website and social channels.

What do I need for pop-up pickup?

You'll need:

Returns & Exchanges

What are VIP drops?
